Property information

The studio is located in Torremolinos 500m from its nearest beach, the famous Carihuela beach. Enjoy your stay in a privileged area, with everything you need at your fingertips and in a space where everything is brand new, clean, equipped, modern, bright, fresh and cozy. You can cool off in the swimming pool and relax in the garden area or get off to the beach in 5-10 minutes of walking. Don't forget the sunscreen! Apartment with a maximum capacity for 2 people, includes: Living room, with a sofa convertible into a double bed or two 80 cm single beds. Smart TV, Internet, dining table. Terrace, with a relaxing area, with comfortable armchairs and morning sun. The studio has 36 square meters including the terrace. We do not have parking but there are places to park nearby.

Neighbourhood information

Leaving the apartment and walking downhill in a straight line for 9 minutes you will find the coast promenade and the best known beach of La Carihuela, the main attraction of the area. It is located in a very quiet residential area, but at the same time accessible and very well located, near the main communication routes and also the commercial areas, in addition to restaurants and beach bars, 300 meters down towards the beach. The harbour and commercial place Puerto Marina is 1.4 kilometers or 19 minutes walking distance. Enjoy the nightlife of the area. There is a shopping center and a supermarket nearby. At 1 km in a straight line is the beautiful "Parque de la Batería" with a lake where you can rent a boat ride. At the same time it has a good location near the main communication routes, it will allow you to easily visit the Costa del Sol and the interior of the Malaga province.
