Property information

Skol Apartments Marbella is a well known complex of self catering apartments on the frontline beach right in the town centre. They're fully fitted and equipped with WIFI, AC, washing machines, hair dryers and irons. Kitchens have more or less everything for you to cook, if you wish to. Linen and towels are provided, if you stay 10 nights or more you have included a mid-stay linen and towel change. Our aim is that the apartments are an hybrid between a hotel and a home. There are 3 pools set in tropical gardens, 2 wifi areas, 24 hours reception, onsite cafe and pub, sunbeds are 2 euros each per day. It' a familiar residential complex and we do not accept groups, parties, hen or stag dos.

Neighbourhood information

Occupying Marbella's finest location, Skol Apartments enjoy a prime position on the resort's sea front. The Skol is separated from the long sandy beach by a marble pedestrian promenade fringed with palm trees. The complex is opposite a beautiful park and is within easy walking distance of the winding cobbled streets of the old town. The apartments are surrounded by beautiful semi tropical gardens with extensive lawns for sunbathing. There are 2 large swimming pools, one with a children's shallow area. Sunbeds are 2 euros each. The Skol is surrounded by good quality shops, restaurants and bars. There is a 24 hour reception and lifts to all floors. In the immediate vicinity, there are shops, restaurants and supermarkets and a short distance away is the renowned Puerto Banus. We can offer a range of reasonably priced, cheerful self-catering rental holiday accommodation apartments in a superb location. From studios, to 1,2 and 3 bedroom apartments, Underground parking spaces available at a small extra charge. We can accommodate groups of any size and can also arrange competitive car hire or private trans
