Quiet country house located on the outskirts of Sant Llorenç des Cardessar, where you can enjoy a vacation in its saltwater pool and gardens, ideal for 6 guests. In the gardens of this majestic residence is an exquisite infinity saltwater pool, measuring 7 meters long and 3.5 meters wide, with a variable depth of up to 1.40 meters. Next to it, comfortable sun loungers invite relaxation, while a refreshing shower offers revitalizing rest. The porch, equipped with a mobile barbecue and a fully furnished gas kitchen, provides the perfect setting for outdoor gatherings and delicious meals. The carefully maintained surrounding gardens, populated with lush trees. For the little ones, a children's play area offers entertainment and fun. This modernized country house offers a spacious and cozy atmosphere spread over two floors. On the ground floor, a spacious living room with comfortable sofa, fireplace, and Smart TV invites relaxation and enjoyment. A separate dining room offers an elegant space for family or friends meals. The kitchen, is a cozy place with space for dining next to the fireplace, equipped with gas stove, dishwasher, and everything needed to prepare delicious dishes. On this floor, we find two well-equipped bedrooms: one with a double bed, air conditioning, wardrobe, en-suite bathroom with bathtub and dressing room; and another with two single beds, air conditioning, wardrobe, and en-suite bathroom with shower. On the second floor, the last bedroom is located, with two single beds, air conditioning, and en-suite bathroom with bathtub. Next to the house, an additional bathroom with shower. For added convenience, the house has a washing machine. Additionally, for those traveling with a baby, a crib and a high chair are provided, ensuring a pleasant stay for the whole family.
