This 3 bedroom house has 5 beds and 2 bathrooms. It has its own enclosed yard and parking spot which is very convenient. The house is spacious with plenty of room in the living room, dining room and fully enclosed and private yard. The space There's 4 ACs in the house. One in each bedroom and 1 in the living room. The beach is a 8 min walk. The on site parking is a great benefit as parking anywhere in Malaga is challenging. Though in this neighborhood everything's walkable. The whole house is surrounded by a wall with greeneries on top for a secure and private outdoor experience. Guest access Note that this property has 2 units. This main house and a little 1 bedroom casita on the side. The house and front yard are completely private with its own entrance. You also have a dedicated parking spot but this is in front of the casita front door. This is the only time you may see the other guests. You have access to the entire house and yard except for the 1 bedroom casita which is separated by a gate.

Pedregalejo is one of the most desirable neighborhoods in Malaga as its close by to the beach but still offers all the amenities, restaurants and bars that the city has to offer in walking distance.
