This is a 40 foot Sailing yacht moored in Puerto Calero, Lanzarote, only 10 minutes drive from the airport. The yacht has 3 double cabins, small kitchen and saloon. Only 10 seconds walk to the restaurants and shops in Puerto Calero. The marina is a very popular place to visit with a wide choice of restaurants, and shops, and a well stocked supermarket, a twice weekly market. Even with the yacht close to all the restaurants and bars, in the evening, the noise level is very low, and when on the yacht, you don't get disturbed. The yacht has 3 cabins and a toilet, for showers you will have private access to the bathroom block a very short walk away from the yacht. On deck there are cushions on the seats in the cockpit and a small table also 2 seats built into the railings on the stren of the yacht, making it a great place to chill and watch the sunsets. For safety reasons, the gas oven has disconnected, and the gas bottles removed, however the kitchen is equipped with a electric hob and small electric oven. However with so many wonderful places to eat in Puerto Calero, so the need to cook is not necessary. WiFi is provided by the Marina, and the signal on the boat can be very POOR most of the time, due to the signal being blocked by the yacht masts from the boats in the marina. So WiFi is POOR. However most of the bars and restaurants have WiFI.
