Slick designer decorated space, optimized for your enjoyment with it's spaciousness, light, outdoor patio and 2 balconies overlooking the street. Set near the famous Calle San Francisco pedestrian street, and right next to Casco Antiguo of Alicante. the apartment is steps away from plenty of restaurants, bars, and shops. It’s central location allows for visiting a host of attractions in the area, from museums and parks to nightlife hubs. Only a 4-minute walk to beach of Playa del Postiguet.

Amazing brand new apartment ideally located in the centre of Alicante and right next to Casco Antiguo, with a 4 minute walk to the white sandy beach of Playa del Postiguet. Within a very short walking distance, you will find everything you need, including: The Esplanada or sea front boardwalk. And you will also find all that Alicante has to offer in terms of night life, tapas bars, restaurants and shopping in the immediate vicinity of the apartment. You will not be needing a car as everything is reachable by foot once in the center of Alicante. But if need be, there many public parking garages around to park your car, excellent public transportation links and taxis all around.
