The villa is quite bright as it has windows everywhere in the house, so sunlight is present most of the day. The house is quite cool during the summer. In the villa you will find everything you need for your vacation. The villa is made up of 3 levels: On the main floor you will find bedroom 4, bathroom 3, living room, kitchen and laundry area. First floor you will find, master bedroom and bathroom 1, bedroom 2, bedroom 3 and bathroom 2. In the basement you will find a family area with a TV room, a workspace and a play area for the children. In the residential there is a playground for children.

Costa Teguise is a tourist area on the east coast of the Spanish island of Lanzarote. It was built intentionally to accommodate tourism. Urban planning was carried out before the creation of the buildings. The town is known for its fine white sand beaches, such as Las Cucharas beach. Water sports are very popular here, especially windsurfing and diving. Calm waters and numerous restaurant areas on the promenade that crowns it. But it is not the only one: Playa Bastián, Playa del Jablillo, Playa de los Charcos or Playa del Ancla are other options to enjoy the sun and the sea without leaving Costa Teguise. The Lanzarote Aquarium, which is an 8-minute drive away, has numerous marine species, as well as an underwater tunnel and pools to come into contact with animals. Restaurants and shops are located in the bustling Plaza Pueblo Marinero, designed in part by local artist César Manrique. West of town, the water park has slides, pools and zip lines; and there is also a golf course just 5 minutes drive from the villa. There is a bus stop and a taxi stop 4 minutes walk from the villa. A large supermarket is right behind the residential complex. The sea is only 400 meters from the residential complex.
