Perfect for a relaxing seaside getaway, this beautiful apartment offers comfort, space, and stunning views. The apartment is situated within the exclusive gated community of Perla Del Mar (Pearl of the Sea), which features two swimming pools and extensive landscaped gardens, ideal for sunbathing and unwinding. The fully gated development provides a safe and secure environment for guests. Inside, the apartment offers: Two full-size bedrooms: one double bedroom with bathroom and one twin bedroom with two single beds Two bathrooms A comfortable sofa bed in the lounge, allowing the apartment to sleep up to four guests comfortably A bright, spacious lounge and dining area with a dining table seating up to four people

Our apartment is ideally located just 50 metres from a beautiful golden sandy beach and within 200 metres of a wide selection of restaurants, bars, and cafés. Perla Del Mar is a secure gated community featuring two swimming pools and landscaped gardens, making it an ideal setting for a stress-free family holiday. The lively centre of Mojácar Playa, with its many restaurants, bars, shops, and supermarkets, is just a two-minute drive away. For golf enthusiasts, there are several 18-hole golf courses within easy driving distance. The Mojácar region enjoys a wonderful warm, temperate climate, making it perfect for both summer and winter vacations. Mojácar is our home and a truly special town. As local residents, we have extensive knowledge of the area and are always happy to help—please don’t hesitate to contact us if you have any questions or need recommendations.
