Renovated apartment divided into 3 rooms with lots of natural light. Bathroom and kitchen shared with other guests and the host. Several bus stops nearby. City center at 15 minutes walking distance. Postiguet beach at 20 minutes with the bus Nº13. 📍 If you like, we also offer a taxi service from or to the airport for just 25.00 euros. Comfortable, quick, and directly to the apartment!
I am a person who has traveled a lot throughout my life and loves to learn about the different cultures that the world has to offer. However, I am not a professional host—I rent out the rooms in my own home so that guests can experience Alicante as a local. Please keep in mind that this is not a hotel, and because I also have another job, I am unable to offer a 24/7 check-in service. That’s why it is very important for me to know your arrival time in advance. This allows me to adjust my work schedule accordingly. Otherwise, check-in will take place during the hours stated on the Booking website. PS Extra charge for late check-in after 20:00, the cost will be 25,00 euros and after 23:00 the cost will be 50,00 euros, to be paid on arrival and in cash.
Carolinas altas is a suburban neighborhood with a cultural mix of many cultures, which is reflected in the bars and restaurants on the streets. All the necessary services for a comfortable stay are close by. If you don't like the noise of a city center but a more local and livable neighborhood, this is your neighborhood!
