The holiday apartment Sunny Seaside Apartment is located in Benalmádena Costa just a short walk from the beach and surrounded by a 12.000m² garden with tropical plants. The 50 m² holiday apartment consists of a living room, a very well-equipped kitchen, 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 5 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, air conditioning, a fan as well as a washing machine and satellite TV. The highlight of this accommodation is its private outdoor area with a covered terrace and a balcony (access from the bedroom) with views of the sea and the mountains as well as the shared outdoor area which includes a pool, a garden, garden furniture, a children's pool and an outdoor shower. One pool is available from June 7th to the end of August/beginning of September. Ask availability to the owner for other dates. Pets are allowed under request: max. 1 pet per reservation, up to 10kg. There is a parking spot available nearby but is not guaranteed. There is a crib and a high chair available upon request. The property has a step-free access and interior. An elevator is available in the building. Please note that there may be governmental water regulations in place at the time of your visit, which may impact the use of the pool, garden watering or limit tap water usage.
