This is a new superluxury penthouse apartment, situated waterfront, with stunning panoramic non-interrupted views to bay of Jávea.It´s within walking distance to everywhere: restaurants, cafés, pubs, discos, “chiringuitos”, sand beach (arenal), stone beach, port, shops, supermarkets etc. etc.A gourmet kitchen, 4 double rooms and 4 bathrooms (2 in suite) , a sensational living room and two large terraces accommodates 8 people with all comfort.Two swimming pools (one for children) on a cozy garden will refresh you after a relaxing sunbath.

SAND, ROCKS or CLUB. You choose. Just in front there is a rock beach, almost virgin, where sunbathing almost alone and swimming or snorkeling in crystal waters. Walking five minutes to the right, you arrive at Arenal, a bustling sandy beach with plenty of beach bars and restaurants. And walking five minutes to the left, you will reach the two iconic clubs of Jávea, "La siesta" and "Montgo di Bongo" where you can sunbathe in total luxury
