This beautiful and cosy apartment was fully renovated and refurbished in 2019, making it one of the most stylish and well decorated properties within the community. The urbanisation, situated just minutes walk from the beach and famous Puerto Banús, consistently wins awards for its perfectly manicured gardens and pristine pools.

Neighbourhood information

You'll be staying in one of the best communities on the coast! The urbanisation boasts being only a few minutes walk from the glitz and the glamour of Puerto Banús, while enjoys being just far enough away that you can escape the noise and crowds when you'd like to. A car is not needed as everything is within waslking distance, however, gated parking is provided for guests arriving by car
