The Bailen Sweett apartments, situated in the lively Eixample neighbourhood, are an ideal spot to immerse in Barcelona's local culture. The building features a range of apartment options, from one-bedroom to three-bedroom units, all filled with ample natural light. The cosy furnishings and charming colour palette create a warm and inviting atmosphere. Whether you prefer cooking a Spanish dish in your own kitchen or dining at one of the numerous nearby restaurants, you are sure to have a delightful stay. For safety reasons, an additional security deposit will be collected by credit card according to the apartment size. The deposit will be fully reimbursed a few days after check-out. Subject to an inspection of the property. Special note: Due to construction work taking place in the building, noise might be heard in the apartment during the day.
