Guests must provide identification to enter the apartment. Check-in is online. The day before arrival, we will contact the guest to identify all guests. A code is used to collect keys. Guests can receive this code on the day of arrival if they have previously identified themselves.

Guests may send luggage by contract with a third party. This property is not responsible for the activities of third parties. As a courtesy, we offer a collection point in our main building where you can send your luggage. It is located a two-minute walk from the apartment. The address is: Viviendas Turísticas Terra de Augas, Calle Juan Fuentes Echevarría 5. If your luggage arrives during cleaning hours, we will leave it inside the apartment without any problem. If it arrives later, you will need to collect it at the collection point. You must leave it there the following day so your company can pick it up. We appreciate guests notifying us.
