We are a family run business which has been growing rapidly since Summer 2007. The company is the creation of Tila and Michelle Braddock. The concept of Lanzarote Retreats developed from Tila and Michelle´s desire to offer stylish & eco-friendly holiday accommodation, mainly in and around Arrieta, a stunning, rural village in the North of the island, which they love and where they brought up their family. These days the business is run by Joshua, their eldest son. From organising car hire, arranging days out, recommending restaurants and beaches, the team at Lanzarote Retreats have over 20 years of experience of living, working, entertaining children and enjoying Lanzarote. The Beach House boasts an outstanding location as it is situated away from the main road in a serene residential area of Costa Teguise resort. This private villa in Costa Teguise presents a great option for groups of friends, couples, or families with a capacity to accommodate four adults, provided that children respect the Silent Zone in the pool area. The villa has been tastefully appointed in a chic and contemporary manner, that exudes a bright aura. Additionally, this Costa Teguise accommodation is just a stone’s throw away to Las Cucharas beach, meaning there is no need to rent cars or transport as everything is on your doorstep. Located on the ground floor of the villa is the initial bedroom, consisting of two single beds, as well as a commodious bathroom featuring a corner bath, dual sinks, and a hairdryer. The master bedroom, complete with an en-suite shower-room, can be found on the first floor. The villa boasts a capacious, open-plan kitchen/diner, equipped with all necessary amenities, such as a sizeable refrigerator, electric oven and hob, dishwasher, and a separate utility area, which contains a washing machine. The lounge area, accessed via three steps, leads out onto the solar-heated plunge pool surrounded by a wooden decking. Further, ascending the stairs leads occupants to the roof terrace, enclosed by walls, and furnished with a BBQ, al-fresco dining space, and sun-loungers . While the villa does not have air conditioning or central heating, fans or electric heaters are available on request to ensure your comfort year-round. Just a short stroll from the villa, the new Nua Shopping Centre is taking shape on the beachfront at Playa Las Cucharas. Soon to feature an enticing mix of restaurants, bars, and boutique shops, it’s set to bring even more buzz and and variety to Costa Teguise. As the finishing touches are still in progress, you may notice a little daytime activity nearby, but it’s all part of the area’s exciting transformation.
