Imagine a place where comfort, space and privacy are guaranteed for every member of your travelling party, whether a large family or a group of friends. This semi-detached villa in a residential area just a few minutes drive from the centre of the village, offers a private swimming pool heated to 26º from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m and a large Jacuzzi on a spacious terrace with barbecue, sun loungers and outdoor dining area. It consists of an extraordinary living room with high wooden ceilings and a modern open space kitchen, fully equipped with everything you may need during your stay. Another highlight of this particular accommodation is undoubtedly its private garage with direct access to the property where you can store all kinds of sports equipment or comfortably unload your shopping. As usual in our proposals, fibre optic Wi-Fi connection, bed linen and towels (both with replacements), beach towels, a washing machine, hairdryer and ironing kit are available and included. THE PROXIMITY OF THE TENERIFE SUR AIRPORT COULD OCCASIONALLY, DEPENDING ON THE WIND DIRECTION, CAUSE NOISE DISTURBANCES FROM AIR TRAFFIC. WE INFORM OUR GUESTS THAT EVERY TUESDAY AND SATURDAY FROM 11 AM ONWARDS, THE POOL OR/AND JACUZZI MAINTENANCE CLEANING WILL BE CARRIED OUT BY THE EMPLOYEES OF THE COMPANY IN CHARGE. IN CASE OF NOT BEING IN THE ACCOMMODATION, THEY WILL ACCESS IT WITH THEIR OWN KEYS TO CARRY OUT THIS COMPULSORY SERVICE. After check-out, please return the key to our office (Avda. José Miguel Galván Bello 29, El Médano) or, if it's closed, drop it into the mail box next to the entrance.
