This Holiday Home is a very central, modern 3 storey penthouse located only 80m from Playa Chica beach in the heart of El Médano. The light-flooded 3 floor accommodation, new built in July 2021, offers air conditioning, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms ( 1 en suite ), built-in wardrobe, a balcony and an amazing, large private roof terrace with a Jacuzzi, an outdoor shower, sun loungers ( sun almost all day ), outdoor dining area and a cozy chillout area. You'll also find a modern, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and washing machine and a safe. Beautiful high doors, fiber optic 600 Mbit/s Wifi with 1 router per floor to ensure the connection. High quality tiles. The supermarket is on the groundfloor of the building, just under the property!! As usual, bed linen and towels,, beachtowels, an ironing kit and a hairdryer are all included. We advise all our guests that the storage of sports equipment such as bikes, kitegear, surfgear, windsurfgear as well as other sports equipment inside this Holiday Home is strictly FORBIDDEN. WE INFORM OUR GUESTS THAT EVERY TUESDAY AND SATURDAY FROM 11 AM ONWARDS, THE POOL OR/AND JACUZZI MAINTENANCE CLEANING WILL BE CARRIED OUT BY THE EMPLOYEES OF THE COMPANY IN CHARGE. IN CASE OF NOT BEING IN THE ACCOMMODATION, THEY WILL ACCESS IT WITH THEIR OWN KEYS TO CARRY OUT THIS COMPULSORY SERVICE. After check-out, please return the key to our office (Avda. José Miguel Galván Bello 29, El Médano) or, if it's closed, drop it into the mail box next to the entrance.
