Magnificent two-bedroom apartment on the beachfront of Las Salinas, with direct access to the promenade. It is located in a private urbanization with a large swimming pool, lawn, children's area, soccer field, volleyball court, ping pong table and picnic area. The apartment is a penthouse with sea views from all its rooms. It has two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds, a full bathroom and a fully furnished kitchen with all the necessary appliances. It has a large terrace with views of the pool and beach. It is located in Las Salinas, a quiet area to enjoy your stay, 4 minutes walk from the Shopping Center, restaurant area, 24-hour Emergency Point 3 minutes away and supermarkets. Pool hours: - June the first two weekends and the second fortnight from 11:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. - July and August: from 10:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. - From September 1 to 15: from 11:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. ​
