The House is a two bed, with shared pool. It is equipped with all the things that you would find in everyday households. It resides on a Golf course. There are other Golf courses within 10 minutes drive. It is within 10 Minutes drive from Murcia int Airport and 20 minutes drive from some beautiful beaches. The Murcia Mud Bath is about 30 minutes. Alicanti is one hours drive. You can take a bus into Murcia the service runs one in the morning and a return journey in the afternoon. The WiFi is included in the rental
I brought the place as a holiday home and to relax as a retirement place, released that I am a true Londoner and therefore use it as a resting place away from city life with good company, great weather and good food & wine.
The community is mixed with English, Danish and Spanish people of young and mainly old people. There is a Hut on site for you to go to for drinks and snack food. The golf hs started recently with a new 9 hole course. Good walks in the mountains. Lots of local activities in the holiday season from June-first week in Sept. Everyone is friendly and easy to get on with.
