Reservations must be made with check-ins on Sundays and check-outs on the following Sunday (minimum of 7 nights). It is also possible to book two consecutive weeks as long as the check-in and check-out coincide on a Sunday. This is a detached single-storey house with a plot of 2000 m2 and a private swimming pool. The beaches are located 300 m away, so they can be reached on foot. Parking is available at the front of the plot without any issues, next to the entrance door of the house. It is situated in a very quiet residential area, yet very close to the village, bars, restaurants, supermarket, and beaches. It is ideal for enjoying a family holiday with children. The house has everything necessary to make your stay as pleasant as possible. Once the reservation has been made for our accommodation, you must contact us to sign the rental contract and to provide us with a copy of the ID card (both sides) for all adults staying at the property. Failure to receive the signed contract and the requested documentation will result in the unilateral cancellation of the reservation. The establishment reserves the right to cancel reservations for groups under 30 years of age to prevent irresponsible behaviour and potential disturbances and damages
