In this villa you can find a perfect place for your vacation. The villa has a private pool which is heated with a safety fence for children. In the villa you will find a private garage for three cars completely free of charge. You can also enjoy its terrace with barbecue and artificial grass. The villa is located in a residential area in the south of the island 30 minutes from the airport. The beach is 1 km away, 700 meters away you will find a bus station and a health center. You will also find restaurants, pharmacy, supermarkets. 2 km away you will find the Playa Blanca marina and a shopping center. At 1.5 km you will find the Playa Blanca port from which you can leave to visit the island of Fuerteventura, which is 25 minutes away. The villa has a security system.
