Company information

Working with Holiday Rentals from 2017, we are always improving our costumer service. We rent out this apartments from our clients who bought in our residential developments. We built high end properties with a great potencial for investment. Always on sustainable living concept, we have a limit of 20KW/day in all our properties. Please, keep an eye on electricity consumption, as excess will be deducted directly from the security deposit. Think Green!

Property information

Villa Amalia II is a new development just 350 meters from the sea. Built in 2019, Villa Amalia II has great gardens and pool areas. We have 2 summer swimming pools, a heated pool, Sauna and Jacuzzi. All of the apartments are modern and spacious with 2 or 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Top floor apartments have a big solarium. Most of our apartments have parking space underground included. Free Wifi connection in every apartment. Supermarket and restaurants just 300 meters from here and sandy beach 800 meters from Villa Amalia. I hope you enjoy your stay here.
