Villa Ambiente is situated in a beautiful sunny location of Calpe with magnificent views over the countryside, the sea and the ¨Peñon de Ifach¨, the landmark of the village! The property is landscaped with native plants and palm trees, various terraces and seating areas on different levels, and a pool terrace with sun loungers for relaxing. Downstairs, the villa offers a small lounge with breakfast kitchen, two double bedrooms, two shower rooms, and a walk-through room with sofa bed, allowing the villa to accommodate up to 10 guests on request at an additional cost. On the upper floor, where the main flat is located, there is a large covered terrace, a spacious living/dining room, a fully fitted kitchen with access to a patio with dining area and barbecue, two bedrooms, a shower room and a full en-suite bathroom. The pool and sun terrace is also located on this level. The property is fully fenced with automatic driveway gate. There is a car parking space on the enclosed property. Other vehicles can be parked in front of the house.
