Additionally, it provides areas with a porch and a barbecue, ideal for organizing outdoor meals and enjoying memorable moments with family and friends. On the upper floor, there is a spacious terrace that complements the outdoor experience, with a porch where guests can shield themselves from the sun, comfortable armchairs to relax, and a table to enjoy delicious meals or simply contemplate the panoramic views of the surroundings. The modern villa, spread over 2 floors, offers a spacious and well-equipped interior for a comfortable stay. On the main floor, the large living-dining room, equipped with Smart TV and air conditioning, harmoniously merges with an open kitchen, complete with ceramic hob and all the necessary utensils for cooking. Two bedrooms are located on this floor: one with a double bed, wardrobe, air conditioning, and an en-suite bathroom with shower, and another with two single beds, wardrobe, air conditioning, completes the floor, a bathroom with shower. On the ground floor, a second lounge with decorative fireplace provides a cozy space to relax. There are also two additional bedrooms: one with a double bed, wardrobe, and another with two single beds. Additionally, a bathroom with shower and an additional toilet complete the amenities of this floor. They also have a washing machine, iron, and ironing board. If traveling with a baby, we have a crib and a high chair. A kayak is available for the exclusive use of guests.
