The bedrooms have an exquisite style with great attention to detail, for example the different and original bedside tables, or the built-in wardrobes with a very special design. There are 3 bathrooms and a toilet. On the first floor are the two sea view bedrooms type Suite, which open onto a terrace of exceptional dimensions.

Villa Baixa is a true jewel, made to give superior satisfaction to its guests, an unusual grade of quality and a unique atmosphere for holiday rentals. It is located at the small beach of Canutells, a traditional place where Menorcans used to spend their summer, where this special structure and flair of the authentic Menorcan coast has been formed, where children run free, neighbours have known each other for a lifetime, the few bars and restaurants have this special and authentic air. The beach is about 6 minute walk from the house. About 5 minute drive away is the small town of Sant Climent and the capital of Menorca, Maó, less than 10 kilometers, making it easy and convenient to enjoy its wide gastronomic, commercial and above all cultural offer. The port with its great variety of bars, restaurants, exclusive shops and nautical life, the centre with its art galleries, markets, theatre etc. You will surely visit Maó more than once.
