This holiday luxury villa, just 5 minutes driving from the world famous Dunes of Maspalomas and 2 minutes away from Maspalomas Golf Course, is a magnificent luxurious private house that has 200m2 of build ground in one floor and over a 250 m2 surface land, outstands for its comfortable equipment and its breadth. Besides it has a large private swimming pool and an amazing exterior terrace with a professional BBQ. To spend a family holidays, it is a dream place to enjoy quietness and relax in any time of the year.

Maspalomas is a quiet resort, with a gorgeous sandy beach and a great selection of bars, restaurants and cafes, all to be found walk of the apartment. Maspalomas Golf Course is just 5 minutes away walking. The villa is located in a quiet residential area, away from the tourist areas and its agglomerations.
