Beautiful Mallorcan villa located in a quiet area between Pollensa and Alcudia. A few minutes from the sea where you can enjoy the crystal clear water, as well as bars and restaurants with traditional food. The villa is developed on one floor, has 3 bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other two with two single beds each. These three bedrooms share two full baths. It has a large living area, a full kitchen with pantry. Outside you will enjoy a spacious pool, jacuzzi, as well as a barbecue with dining area, surrounded by beautiful nature. It is an ideal farm to disconnect and enjoy the holidays. Alcudia is a nice and tidy town set on the North coast, with its own port and large and lovely beaches. It used to be an ancient Roman city, so there still are the Murad and other ancient Roman items. Walking through the old town is a pleasure, as it is full of curious small shops and good restaurants. It is about fifty kilometers away from Palma and the airport, and you can easily visit other interesting places in the island.
