A modern and luxurious Villa adapted to the needs of holiday guests, which means each of the 4 bedrooms has its own bathroom ensuite. This makes it ideal for families and friends as well as couples looking for privacy. All 4 bedrooms have AC, safe and their own 50 "TV with satellite TV (Astra 19), and there is a 55" TV in the living room. The bedrooms on the ground floor can be reached barrier-free and has a shower, which can be accessed by people with reduced mobility. In addition, there is a small room with a bunk bed to sleep 2 more people. Eine moderne und luxuriöse Villa, auf die Bedürfnisse der Gäste angepasst, jedes der 4 Schlafzimmer hat ein eigenes Bad ensuite. Dadurch ist es bestens geeignet neben Familien und Freunden auch für Paare, die ihre Privatsspähre wünschen. Alle 4 Schlafzimmer verfügen über AC, Safe und einen eigenen 50" Fernseher mit SAT-TV (Astra 19), ausserdem gibt es einen 55" Fernseher im Wohnzimmer. Eines der Schlafzimmer im Erdgeschoss kann barrierefrei erreicht werden und verfügt über eine Dusche, die auch von gehbehinderten Personen genutzt werden kann. Ausserdem gibt es ein kleines Zimmer mit Etagenbett, um 2 weitere Pers. unterzubringen.
The villa is located in a high class Spanish neighbourhood just 2.8 km from the sea and the Maspalomas dunes. The area is very quiet, so nothing will stand in the way of a relaxing holiday. Parties of any kind, as well as activities that could disturb the neighbours, are therefore not permitted. Die Villa liegt in einer spanischen Wohnsiedlung gehobenen Standards, nur 2,8 km vom Meer und den Dünen von Maspalomas entfernt. Die Wohngegend ist sehr ruhig, so dass erholsamen Ferien nichts im Wege steht. Feste aller Art, sowie Aktivitäten, die die Nachbarn stören könnten, sind deshalb nicht gestattet.
