Wonderful private villa with garden and pool just 2 minutes from Mar Menor Golf. Capacity for 8 people. House with air conditioning and fully equipped kitchen. Includes basketball court and garage. The accommodation is equipped with the following items: garden, garden furniture, terrace, barbecue, internet (Wi-Fi), central heating, air conditioning throughout the house, private swimming pool, open-air parking the same building, TV, radio. In the kitchen, refrigerator, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, dishes/cutlery, kitchen utensils and coffee machine are provided. *Please note that the final cleaning/laundry fee of 215 euros is payable upon arrival*
