Beautiful villa next to Mojacar village. Private large garden of around 5000m2 with a beautiful fountain, olive and orange trees. There is a private pool in the garden, not shared with any other guests. The house comes completes furnished with salon, kitchen, bathrooms and four bedrooms. All the rooms have got got heating and air-condition installed. As illustrated in the photos, we have two houses on the premise, one that sleeps up to eight and one that sleeps two. They will never be rented to different groups and the second house is only ever used for groups larger than eight.
The hosts do not live in the property, but it is possible to arrange additional cleaning services during your stay.
Mojacar village is about 2.1km away from the house and Mojacar beach around 3.7km.
