This beautiful villa located in one of the best complexes in Tenerife is just a few meters from the sea offering comfort, disconnect from stress and feel the sea from the outside areas allowing you to enjoy an unforgettable holiday. The complex offers the following services: surveillance cameras, security, big swimming pool, a pool bar, hammock area and the sea just a minute away! The house is divided into two levels of which; on the ground floor there is an open plan kitchen connected to a spacious living room prepared as a dining room, another living room with TV that connects to the garden, a bathroom and a large garden with two hammocks that will allow you to live outside privately and enjoy the hours of sunshine from morning to sunset. On the second level we find: a bathroom and the two bedrooms, one of the bedrooms is prepared with two beds and the last suite type with a terrace from which you can see and hear the sea. Important: the house has security cameras that will be disconnected upon arrival. Playa de las Americas, the most popular area of Tenerife, has the best services such as: fine sandy beaches, the promenade that connects the entire coast, shopping and recreation areas and very good restaurants from different countries, leaving you to choose a varied gastronomy. Other information: - Airport located 19 kms. - Playa del camisón 5 minutes walk. - Playa de las Vistas 7 minutes walk. - Playa del Bobo, a 3-minute walk away. - Golden Mille 2 minutes walk. - Seaport 20 minutes walk. - Siam Park considered the best water park in Europe. 5 min by car.
