Property information

Inside, the villa has a spacious living room with a flat-screen smart TV, perfect for those who want to escape the midday sun. The living room also features double doors that not only let in natural light but also lead to the garden. The independent kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to cook some culinary delights during your vacation. As you walk through the house, you'll find three bedrooms, two double and two with two single beds (one of them in a bunk bed). There is a barbecue for enjoying delicious meat and vegetable grills. It does not have air conditioning, but it has standing fans to cool down the nights. The pool and terrace are enclosed for privacy where you will find ample loungers on which to chill out with your favorite book.

Neighbourhood information

In a fantastic location, the villa is just a 15-minute walk from the charming Marina of Cala'n Bosch. Filled with so many local restaurants and bars you'll be spoilt for choice. Walk a little further and you'll come to the beautiful white sandy beach a great spot for building sandcastles and snorkeling. If you don't feel like exploring then the villa is the ideal place for relaxation. The pool and terrace are enclosed for privacy where you will find ample loungers on which to chill out with your favourite book There is a bus stop just a 3-minute walk away if you want to go into the centre of Ciutadella, and a supermarket right in front of the bus stop.
