With beautiful views, the holiday villa "Villa La Blanca" is located in Arona. The property has two separate flats, one on the ground floor, the other one on the upper floor. To get from one to the other you have to take some external stairs along the house. The villa can accommodate eight people (four per flat). On the ground floor there are two bedrooms with double beds, a kitchen, a toilet and a bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped and has a gas hob, a microwave, a dishwasher and a coffee machine. Upstairs is the main living area which has a lounge/dining room/kitchen, two double bedrooms, one with en-suite bathroom and dressing room. There is another bathroom next to the second bedroom. The kitchen is also fully equipped and has an induction hob, microwave, dishwasher and coffee machine. Attached to the living room is a semi-covered terrace with sea views. The outside area of the villa is completely private and includes a fenced and heated swimming pool of 21m 2 (maximum depth 1,60m and minimum depth 1,30m). The temperature is always around 29° degrees. In addition, there are two open terraces, one of them with an illuminated pergola and a gas barbecue and a gas plancha. All terraces have beautiful sea views. The property also has a garden and a parking area for 2 cars with electric gate. Additional amenities include high speed Wifi for video calls, air conditioning in all bedrooms and in the living room, a washing machine, a dryer and a crib. Both flats have a television. In addition there is a ping-pong table (2m by 1m) and a locked safe in each flat. - Families with children are welcome. - Pets and parties are not allowed. - Eight beach and pool towels are provided. -Hairdryer available. -Heating available.
