    A perfect break in a very peaceful location. Stepping out onto the very decent sized pool was so good. Lots of trees and plants surrounding the Villa made it very private. Everything inside was just right for us.

Jávea Holidays began life in 2001 when two friends, who had recently relocated to the Costa Blanca from the UK, decided (over a chilled bottle of local vino blanco) that Jávea and its surroundings were simply too beautiful to be kept to themselves. We now offer apartments with breath-taking sea views, beachy duplexes, family-friendly villas, as well as gorgeous off-the-beaten track fincas and cosy winter rentals. This delightful traditional Spanish villa is nestled beside the Montgo mountain in the Castellans area of Javea. The large, open reception room has a very comfortable lounge area beside an open fireplace. There is a glazed naya, overlooking the swimming pool, with seating for relaxing, watching television or perhaps playing cards. On the right-hand side of this beautiful entrance room two steps lead up to the dining area and a door to the spacious kitchen. The furnishings reflect the owners love of art and travel. A hallway from the entrance door leads to a double bedded room and the twin bedded room with en-suite bathroom. The master bedroom and en-suite bathroom are reached from the lounge area or the naya. Another shower room is to one side of the main entrance. Doors from the dining area and doors from the naya open onto the pool terrace which has verandas over a sitting and a dining area. There is also plenty of space for sunbathing on this secluded terrace which overlooks the large, attractive gardens and has wonderful views across the Javea valley and to the Montgo on the other side. This rule does not apply to families travelling with children or younger persons when accompanied by adults who are also staying in the property.
