Property information

The well-kept exteriors comprise a 10 x 4 meter sized chlorine poo with a depth ranging from 1 to 1.7 meters l and a nice garden with different trees and plants. There are several terraces and a porch, perfect for chilling, having a tasty barbecue or a large breakfast with family and friends. The BBQ-zone consists in a big build-in barbecue and a seating area. In total, there are 12 single and 2 double loungers to get tanned; but you may also extend your towel directly on the lawn area. Having lunch in at the conservatory, overlooking the pool, is a nice experience even when it's raining. But in Mallorca, sun is almost shining every day and so you can have a nap on the exterior sofa by the pool. There are some neighbor houses around the villa. The two-storey house, lined with Mallorcan stone, has a luxurious and impressive living room with several sofas and armchairs for watching satellite TV or chatting together - it looks like something out of a magazine cover! Through sliding doors, you enter a rustic living room-reception room which also leads you to the kitchen. It still retains its Mallorcan style and offers large worktops, a large island, industrial gas cooker, ceramic hob, oven and a large island. Here you will find the dining table with several chairs and a bench for all the guests. The laundry room has a washing machine, dryer, ironing board and iron. On the same floor, there is a twin bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower, dressing room and access to the terrace. Upstairs, there are four more bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms with bathtub, two of them with wardrobe and the other two with dressing room and access to a nice balcony. Three of them are equipped with two single beds and one with a double bed. All of them have satellite TV. If you are travelling with your babies, we can provide up to two cots and two high chairs. The whole house is air-conditioned with ducted air-conditioning.

Neighbourhood information

There are 3 adjoining bedrooms next to the pool. All three consist of a cosy sitting area, smart TV, en suite bathroom with shower and wardrobe or dressing room. One of them has a double bed and the other two come with two single beds. The holiday home is near a street that connects the village Muro with Can Picafort. Muro provides you with a supermarket, a gas station, and a few bars / restaurants. A 15 minutes' drive takes you to Can Picafort, a lively town with lots of amenities, shops and restaurants. The fine grained sand beach is family-friendly and lots of beach bars offer good cocktails and food. In spring and autumn, the area is wonderful for cycling and hiking. In fact, there is a bicycle on the property for your use. The owner will give you an ensaimada (the most typical sweet of Mallorca), a bottle of wine and an assortment of drinks (juice, milk, beer). The firewood for the barbecue is available and free. Bicycle storage room available. On request.
