Traveling all over the world, I realized that being away from our home, we need comfort and a sense of coziness. This is exactly the atmosphere that we tried to create for you at Villa Miramar.
Property information
Located in the quiet urbanization of Santa Susanna, three-storey and spacious 210 m Villa Miramar is ideal for a relaxing family holiday. Each balcony of the Villa offers stunning panoramic sea views.
On the main floor of the villa there is a living room with a large 65” Smart TV and a dining area. From this room there is access to the terrace with a dining table,barbecue area and small garden with pond. At midday, it is very pleasant to dine here in the shade overlooking the sea.
On the same floor there is a fully equipped kitchen.
There is also a double bedroom (bed is convertible into two single beds) and a bathroom with shower.
One floor above there are two double bedrooms: one specious bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with shower has access to a balcony.
Another double bedroom with double bed and garden view.
One more bathroom with bidet and bathtub is located at the same floor.
On the lower floor you will find a private 4x8m pool with a wooden deck and stunning sea views!
At the pool level is the the 4th bedroom. This room is one large space with one double bed.
All bedrooms are air conditioned.
