Welcome to this modern house, located on the coast of Mallorca, which invites 6 people to a relaxing family holiday. This charming villa, located in a quiet coastal area, is perfect for an unforgettable holiday with family or friends. Its exterior features a 6.4 x 3.2 metre chlorine pool, ideal for cooling off on hot summer days, with a depth varying between 1.2 and 1.4 metres. The spacious terrace, equipped with a fixed barbecue, invites you to enjoy outdoor evenings with views of the nearby mountains under the furnished porch. Moving into the modern interior of the house, you will find a large and bright space that combines the living room, dining room and kitchen. The living room, equipped with Smart TV and a sofa for the whole family, is perfect for relaxing after a day of sightseeing. The kitchen, integrated in the dining room, has an induction hob and everything you need to prepare delicious meals. The house has three bedrooms: one with a double bed and air conditioning, and two bedrooms with twin beds, both with air conditioning. The two bathrooms, one of them en suite, are fully equipped and have showers. If you are travelling with a baby, a cot and high chair will be provided. A laundry area with tumble dryer, iron and ironing board completes the amenities of the house.
