Beautiful contemporary villa of standing with a large swimming pool, a private mooring for boat of 13 meters, directly on the channels in the heart of the marina of Empuriabrava, near the beaches, shops, exits. The villa has a capacity of 18 people, with an access without crossing and being able to accomodate people with reduced mobility, it includes 9 rooms with terrace and 9 water room with WC. You will find all the modern comfort, a spacious swimming pool treated with salt and very comfortable. The views in their majority, give on the channels of the Marina and the spacious terrace with its summer kitchen and its outside living rooms. Everything is gathered to spend an excellent stay...
