This villa with three spacious bedrooms, bathrooms and capacity for 6 people, is ideal for families or groups of friends who want to enjoy the best of northern Mallorca. The villa is designed with comfort and privacy in mind. It offers three comfortable and spacious bedrooms: 2 bedrooms with a king-size bed of 180 x 200 cm and 1 bedroom with a double bed of 160 x 200 cm, served with high-quality bedding that guarantees a restful sleep. There are two bathrooms and a toilet. Each bathroom has modern finishes and is fully equipped to meet all your needs during your stay. The living-dining room is equipped with very comfortable furniture, satellite TV in different languages, a seating area and a work area. It has amazing views of the pool and garden. There is internet access (Wi-Fi) throughout the villa. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped and is a perfect space for those who enjoy all kinds of gastronomy, from a quick breakfast to an elaborate dinner. Here you will find everything you need to cook, from modern appliances (ceramic hob, fridge, microwave, oven, freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, kettle and juicer) to kitchen utensils and crockery/cutlery. Just a few steps away, the laundry room is equipped with a washing machine and dryer, giving you all the comfort of home. The heart of the villa is its spacious 50 m2 patio and its almost 10 m2 private pool, an outdoor oasis surrounded by the natural beauty of Mallorca. The villa is located by Mallorcas largest beach (12 km long) in a quiet area. The beach is just a few meters away from the villa. From there you can walk to the marina, the port, the hotel area... everything is accessible from the beach path. You´ll find all types of Sport activities like windsurf, paddle surf, sailing, bottom glass boats, scuba... You´ll also find restaurants, cafes, boutiques... and also for the kids there are playgrounds, swimming pools, attractions... Nearby there are also banks, doctors, clinics, pharmacies. There are also historical buildings such the Roman city of Pollentia, the Roman theater, the medieval walls of the town of Alcudia. If you are a nature fan, Mallorcas biggest Natural park, called S'Albufera and S'Albufereta are just a few km away. There are plenty of hiking routes in Aucanada, Bon Aire, La Victoria, Coll Baix...
