The house is on two floors and four of the five bedrooms are on the first floor. All bedrooms have air conditioning and are exceptionally large with ensuite bathrooms, three of which have magnificent views. The upper terrace, the garden and pool area lie over the cliffs of Cala Galdana, offering an incredibly beautiful view of a pristine sea that stretches out without any buildings or obstacles in front of the viewer. Enjoying the beautiful pool here in this great environment, sunbathing in the garden, barbecuing with your loved ones is an incomparable luxury. Even in July and August, months when even tranquil Menorca is teeming with activity and Cala Galdana is also a bustling resort, you have your very own oasis of absolute calmness. The whole house is spacious, the bedrooms are big. You will feel completely comfortable even with maximum occupancy, for example, in the large, tastefully furnished living room, where you can withdraw after the exertion of your vacation day. The kitchen is also very spacious and so several members of the family or group can easily cook together around the kitchen island. In addition to the 5 bathrooms belonging to the bedrooms, there is another bathroom on the ground floor.

Cala Galdana is one of the most beautiful resorts of whole Menorca, its cliffs and pine forests give it a unique beauty that the tourism could not really spoil. On the contrary, the white Menorcan style villas are very decorative and give a touch of elegance to the whole. At the same time, the resort offers a very extensive infrastructure with many restaurants, bars, supermarkets, there is a medical centre, pharmacy, car and boat rental, etc. In addition, Cala Galdana is the starting point for hikes to Menorca's most famous unspoilt coves, Macarella and Macarelleta to the west and Migjana and Trebeluger to the east. The already famous "Camí de Cavalls" as a cycling and hiking trail leads through it and one stage actually starts just a few meters from our villa.
