Located in the Atlantic Garden Beach Mate Complex, next to the El Campanario Shopping Center with shops, supermarket, bars and restaurants. 250m from the beach, it has a double bedroom, a sofa bed, bathroom with shower. Fully equipped kitchen. The linen included in the price includes a kit of 1 towels and 1 bath towel per person, 1 sheets and 1 duvets for beds. For extra linen changes the surcharge is 35 euros The apartment is located on the first floor and enjoys a fabulous 12m2 terrace. The residence has gardens, has two outdoor swimming pools, a gym, a tennis court, a bar and a children's play area
