Villa S´Aguila is a Mallorcan summer house converted into a holiday home, it offers two double rooms, a bathroom renovated in 2017, a dining room, a living room with a kitchen, a terrace, outdoor furniture and a very large patio and garden, it does not have a swimming pool private but it is only 1.5 km from the virgin beach of s´Amarador.

Neighbourhood information

The villa is located in a very quiet area, in this street there are only houses in one part of the street, in the front part it is a natural park and cannot be built, making it a callcasi without traffic and without noise. There are no shops in the area, it is totally residential, the bars, restaurants and supermarkets are 5 km from the house.
