This Mallorcan rural house is made of natural stone and is surrounded by nature and rich vegetation, exudes a relaxed holiday atmosphere, and is suitable for anyone looking for a holiday with absolute privacy. Villa S'Alzina is a two-floor house distributed as follows: On the ground floor, there is a comfortable living-dining room, a very well-equipped kitchen with a fireplace, a bedroom, and a bathroom. The upper floor offers another living room, 3 bedrooms, and two bathrooms. From this floor, you can enjoy clear views of the countryside and partial views of the sea. Once you have entered the interior, you will feel welcomed by a cozy and homely atmosphere. The house is equipped with everything you need for a comfortable and carefree stay: air conditioning in each room, Wi-Fi, 2 televisions (one in each living room), a fully equipped kitchen with a washing machine, dishwasher, complete kitchenware, and the necessary appliances, sheets and towels, and much more. Villa S´Alzina is located on a private plot of 8000 m² with a 50 m² swimming pool, a large sunny terrace with sun loungers and a Balinese bed, a brick barbecue, a covered terrace, and outdoor showers. In approximately one hour by car, you can reach the capital of the island, Palma, and its Old Town, the Cathedral of La Seu, and other historical heritage that is undoubtedly worth visiting.
