In the months with a lower flow of guests, we focus on carrying out all the maintenance work necessary so that the property is always in optimum condition to receive clients. Our cleaning department will deliver the property in a perfect state of cleanliness, hygiene and disinfection in accordance with the most rigorous protocols. You will also find all our properties equipped with bed linen, a set of shower towels and beach towels. Fantastic villa in Arenal with private pool, located in a quiet and residential area but only 5 minutes walk from the tourist spot par excellence of the island, with the ideal combination of beaches, promenades, restaurants, pubs, leisure area and everything to spend an ideal holiday with family or friends. Outside the house there is a wonderful swimming pool and a huge garden, fully furnished and with sun loungers to enjoy sunbathing, reading a book or simply enjoying good company. You will also find outdoor furniture and a barbecue to enjoy and make every summer afternoon a pleasure. Inside, a large window gives access to the spacious living room, with comfortable armchairs, surrounded by a delicate decoration. The dining room communicates with the kitchen, which is fully equipped and at your disposal. The 5 spacious bedrooms and 4 bathrooms allow 12 guests to stay in total comfort. Free wifi is available. This villa is equipped with specialised equipment for the maintenance and repair of racing bicycles. A complete mechanical workshop is at your disposal.
