Villa Segundo is located in the southeast of Mallorca, in the largest municipality of the island named Lluchmajor, famous thanks to its coastal areas with sandy beaches as Arenal, Cala Blava, Cala Pi, and rocky coves as Cala Maioris, Cala Cap Rocat, and many others, and a calm and pretty capital of the municipality named Llucmajor. The villa is very spacious and bright and offers a big living-dining room with a sitting area with a big flat-screen TV and a fireplace and a dining table for 10 persons, a fully equipped kitchen with a cooking island and everything needed for pleasant cooking, 5 ample bedrooms (one of them with a double bed and another four with two single beds), and 4 fully equipped bathrooms (one of them with a bathtub and another three with showers). Among other amenities, Villa Segundo has air conditioners all over the house, a Wi-Fi connection, a washing machine, a clothes dryer, a fully equipped kitchen with microwave, oven, kettle, coffee machine, and much more.
