Villa Teix de Bonaire is a wonderful villa located in the luxurious and quiet residential area of ​​Bonaire, just 300 meters from some of the best beaches in Mallorca such as Sant Pere, Sant Joan, the natural rocks of Bonaire or the coves of S'Illot located in a protected natural environment. All these nearby beaches are a wonder of nature for their crystal clear turquoise waters and stunning views of Formentor and the Bay of Pollensa. Located among pine trees and with an ever-present gaze to the sea, this 220-square-meter villa with 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, with capacity for 10 people stands. The first thing that surprises us about this house is its tranquility, the peace that everything in it breathes, which makes it the ideal place to enjoy a quiet family vacation. A sunny lawn garden welcomes us. Among Mediterranean trees, grass and a centenary olive tree, we find here some corners that will make us enjoy wonderful breakfasts in the sun, with the constant presence of the breeze and the sound of the birds. From the garden you can access the house. We open the door and we are surprised by the intense blue light that comes from the terrace overlooking the sea.

Sant Pere beach, in Mal Pas-Bon Aire, is the most beautiful in Alcúdia. It is a wonderful beach with a family character of fine white sand and crystal clear turquoise waters. Next to Puerto Cocodrilo, and it is also in the surroundings of Port d'Alcudia. Port d'Alcudia is a small fishing port, which today has become a popular place for people who enjoy life on the beach. On the other hand, there you will also find the best fish restaurants, ice cream parlors and clothing stores. And in front of the beach, kilometers of fine sand that outlines the bay of Alcudia with its crystal clear turquoise waters. But this beach, the longest in Mallorca (10 km), is not the only one. In the immediate vicinity you will find almost twenty: sandy, pebbled, rocky, accessible only by sea. Among the intimate beaches, Alcanada stands out, or S'Illot Coll Baix. The latter is a true wonder of nature that can only be accessed by boat or after a pleasant excursion among pine trees and rocks. Some very interesting excursions for trekking and nature lovers start precisely from Coll Baix as you climb to Sa Talaia, an old defensive watchtower at the highest point of the municipality.
