Beautiful chalet with private pool in Alcanada, Alcúdia, in the north of Majorca. This fantastic semi-detached house has 210 m2 of land and its capacity is for 8 people. It has wonderful views to the Bay of Alcúdia and to the beautiful garden.

Neighbourhood information

The property is situated in a residential area, near to the sea. Alcanada stands out for its tranquility and peace, ideal to spend your family holidays. There is a beach with sand and rocks next to the apartment. You also can swim in its little calas (small beaches) with crystalline water and rocks if you prefer. The residential zone of Alcanada is 2 minutes far by car from Puerto de Alcúdia. There, you will find supermarkets, restaurants, shops, and boutiques. There are bus stops and taxi stations.
