Hello, my family came to Spain fifty years ago and we started our holiday rental business to show other people the beauty of this area. And a few years ago my husband Carlos decided to add some more properties to the ones we managed ever since, so we both are doing our best to make all our guests feel comfortable. Property information

Spectacular five bedroom Villa with four bathrooms, 250 squaremetres and 2200 squaremeters of private garden with swimmingpool and private tennis court. It has a wide livingroom and a spacious kitchen with a kitchen island. On the first floor, at the top of the magnificent stairway you can find a king size bedroom with an en suite bathroom including a comfortable bathtub, and a little terrace with an astonishing view to the garden and the green landscape of the surroundings. On the groundfloor you can find four bedrooms, being one of them the spacious master bedroom with a walk-in wardrobe. There are two spacious bathrooms, one with bathtub and the other one with a shower. And on this floor you can find the kitchen and the living room as well. In the basement you can find a very simple kept gym to stay in shape during your stay. In the private garden you can find and outdoor full equipied kitchen close to the terrece area with pergola wich is next to the pool. This kitchen has a wood burning oven, barbecue, cooking area and a device to cook Paellas. And next to this kitchen you can find a little bathroom with a shower to either cool down after your tennis match in you private tennis court located in the garden area And the garden offers several differenciated areas to practice sports, yoga or any other kind of open air activity. And then in the basement there is a garage in which you can park up to four cars, or, if you love cycling, store the whole equipment as well as the bikes. In case you are planning to come in winter for a few weeks or for a longer period the house ifs fully equipped to feel cozy during the colder months as it offers underfloor heating and heating splits And the sea is only 150 metres away from the villa. You can either take a dip, enjoy the promenade and its views to the particularly clear waters which offers Las Rotas area or practice snorkeling in the marine reserve. A lovely place to enjoy relaxed holidays under the spanish sun!

Neighbourhood information

The villa is located in Las Rotas area, in a very calm street where you can relax and forget the daily stress. The beach is located only 150 metres from the villa at the end of the street which offers you the possibility to take a dip in the clear waters of this area. There is a wide range of restaurants and cafeteris in walking distance and the supermarket and the pharmacy are only 5 minutes drive away. So it is the ideal place to disconnect and enjoy some great holidays.

This is a residential area where the family and quiet atmosphere are highly valued. For this reason, parties are not allowed and please do not make noises that may disturb the neighborhood, respecting above all the siesta hours and the night hours after 10pm since there are a series of local regulations regarding noise that must be complied with. .

We need a photo of the ID on the front and back of all guests over 16 years of age for traveler registration. Please send it to us as soon as you make the reservation in order to complete the necessary documents.
