CHALET CANCELLATION POLICY 2024-2025

If the reservation is canceled or modified less than 30 days before the day of arrival, 100% of the total amount of the stay will be charged. Payment for the first night must be made at the time of booking.

Room Check-in Time: from 3:00 p.m., we guarantee entry. Room Check-out Time: 12:00H. All rates include 10% VAT. The hotel has a restaurant. The reservation price includes accommodation in the indicated regime. (Does not include drinks at lunch or dinner) and includes the services that are expressly contracted. Children from 2 to 11 years old included are considered children for the purposes of reservations. From 12 years old they will be considered adults. Extra bed on request. Babies from 0 to 2 years old are only possible in two rooms. It is necessary to request availability for reservations with a crib. Pets are not allowed. We are at your disposal.

THESE AMOUNTS WOULD ONLY BE RETURNED IN THE HYPOTHETICAL CASE THAT IT WAS THE HOTEL WHO COULD NOT PROVIDE THE CONTRACTED SERVICE.
