- Private Apartment and 210: €500 deposit from April 14 to October 12. €300 for the rest of the year.

- Apartments 88, Crema, Rosa, and Twingo: €300 deposit from April 14 to October 12. €150 for the rest of the year.

- Bachelor or bachelorette parties or similar parties cannot be held in this accommodation.

- Please note that the restaurant is independent of the hotel. For lunch or dinner reservations it is necessary to contact them, subject to availability.

- In accordance with Spanish regulations, we also need to identify any minors staying with you. Therefore, during check-in we will ask you to provide an official document, such as an ID card, passport, or family record book
